Catniss Everdeen takes her sister's place in the Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV. She must risk survival over her humanity and love over life.
i liked how it starts with her waking up and she imidiatly starts discribing the world she lives in. she lives in Panem, a country divided into distrects sorounding a capital distrect. i didn't like how demostrated indirect monarchy. but the chatecters are writen to make their deaths even more tragic. i think that The Hunger Games is the perfect mix of fact and fiction.
i would recamend it to people that have read the Percy Jackson and Heros of Olympus series.
